Our primary goal is to establish measures that prevent recurrence, while providing a continuance of consistent care by informing the primary care physician of the patient's progress.

SMA's medical professionals also consult and give our recommendations on chronic wounds, as well as, acute conditions.

As part of our treatment plan we emphasize patient education and nutritional counseling. For best outcomes and to prevent recurrence we collaborate closely with patients and families, referring physicians, surgeons, primary care physicians and physical therapist.
